Get Ready for Fall Skincare

dry skin, organic skincare, younger skin

Fall is right around the corner and with the change in weather comes a need for change in your skincare routine.

Avoid the dry, dull, and dehydrated skin that chillier temperatures can bring with these tips that  will keep your skin in top condition all season long!

  • Use SPF. Though the days are getting shorter, it is still important to use an SPF as sun damage can occur all year long. We recommend the Red Currant Protective Moisturizer or the Bright Skin Moisturizer, both with an SPF of 30.

  • Exfoliate. As we’ve stressed many times before, the key to glowing skin at any time of year is exfoliation! The wind rustling the autumn leaves is certainly something we love about fall but cold weather is not something our skin loves as it can leave it dry and flaky. The best way to remove those dead skin cells and surface buildup is with an exfoliant such as the Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant or the Stone Crop Oxygenating Fizzofoliant.

  • Moisturize. After exfoliating and revealing fresh new skin, it's imperative to seal in moisture and protect your skin from further wear. Eminence offers an array of nourishing organic moisturizers for any skin type.

  • Body Care. Skincare doesn’t stop at the face; seasonal changes affect the entire body so don’t forget to keep your skin hydrated with a luxurious body oil such as the Apricot Body Oil from Eminence.

  • Lip Care. We all know how awful dry, chapped lips feel and it seems inevitable in the colder weather but you can protect your pout with a moisturizing balm like the Citrus Lip Balm.

Try all of these amazing tricks to keep your skin hydrated and glowing all season long!
